General Policy

  • Credits are non-refundable once used for generation tasks
  • Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact support at support@get3w.com
  2. Include your account email and transaction ID
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for review

Failed Tasks

If a task fails due to a platform error (not invalid input), the cost is automatically refunded to your account balance.
