General Policy
- Credits are non-refundable once used for generation tasks
- Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

How to Request a Refund

Failed Tasks
If a task fails due to a platform error (not invalid input), the cost is automatically refunded to your account balance.
