If you attach your own cloud storage to an API key, outputs are written there instead and retention is governed by your own policy, not this one.

Important Notes

• Download your content — Output files older than the previous calendar month are removed. Because the window is measured in whole calendar months, effective lifetime varies with the creation date rather than being a fixed number of days
• No training — Your generated content is not used to train AI models
• Deletion requests — You can request immediate deletion of your data by contacting support

Data Location

Get3W processes and stores data in secure cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Contact support@get3w.com
2. Request account deletion
3. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days
